Clinical Collaborative Platform (CCP) Refund Policy


CONTINUING EDUCATION (CEU) COURSES AND TRAININGS

Live Trainings

Participants may request a full refund up to seven (5) days before the scheduled training date.

Refund requests submitted less than seven (5) days before the training date are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another training offered by Clinical Collaborative Platform within twelve (3) months, subject to availability. The credit cannot be transferred to another individual.

No refunds will be issued once a live training has begun.

Pre-Recorded Courses and Certifications

Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, no refunds will be issued after course access has been granted.

If a technical issue on the CCP side prevents access to purchased content, Clinical Collaborative Platform will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide alternative access.

Participant Satisfaction

If a participant believes a course did not substantially meet the published learning objectives, they may submit a written concern within seven (5) days of course completion. Clinical Collaborative Platform will review concerns on a case-by-case basis and may, at its sole discretion, offer a course credit toward a future training.

CONSULTATION SERVICES

Individual Consultation Sessions

Consultation appointments canceled at least forty-eight (72) hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

Appointments canceled less than forty-eight (72) hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund.

Consultation Packages

Refunds for prepaid consultation packages may be requested within fourteen (7) days of purchase provided that no consultation sessions have been completed.

Once consultation services have begun, unused sessions may be credited toward future services at the discretion of Clinical Collaborative Platform. Refunds will not be provided for complete consultation services. The credit will need to be used within 6 months from the date of refund.

GENERAL POLICY

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Clinical Collaborative Platform.

Approved refunds will be processed within ten (14) business days. Status of the refund will be communicated within 10 days of request in writing.

Clinical Collaborative Platform reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The refund policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
